Between the Layers brings together artists whose works unfold in nuanced layers—of medium, memory, identity, and gesture. This group exhibition invites viewers to pause within the in-between: between voices, between textures, between the visible and the felt.

Presented in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Brooklyn Art Cluster Studio, this special exhibition features artists who share a common studio space while working in individually partitioned areas. Over the years, their creative practices have quietly intertwined—shaped by proximity, time, and mutual presence. Between the Layers reveals the textures, stories, and sensibilities that emerge from this shared yet distinct artistic environment.
